Where does Goldie Boxed ship?

Goldie Boxed ships to all 50 US states and Canada.

What items can I expect in Goldie Boxed?

Goldie Boxed will have lifestyle items. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Skincare (ex: Masks, Moisturizers, Cleansers)
  • Home Decor (ex: Candles, Organizers, Wall Decor, Table Decor)
  • Fashion Accessories (ex: Hats, Scarves, Gloves, Belts, Jewelry)
  • Cosmetics/Makeup (ex: Palettes, Lipstick/gloss, Mascara)
  • Bath & Body Products (ex: Bath Bombs, Lotion, Scrubs)
  • Kitchen (ex: Cooking Tools, Coasters, Drinkware)
  • Family (ex: Games, Crafts, Activities, Organizers)
  • Food & Beverage (ex: Candy, Coffee, Spices, Sauces, Tea)
Can I buy just one box?

Yes, there will be boxes available with no commitment! These boxes will post at the end of the season. A one-time box is customizable, but the options may be limited based on available items and will be announced when available.

Is Goldie Boxed cruelty free?

All of the beauty (skincare, makeup, bath and body) products are cruelty free. This is very important to me and I make sure to verify each brand during the curation process. 

How often will I be billed?

Goldie Boxed bills seasonally four times a year on 12/31, 3/31, 6/30, and 9/30

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship over several weeks and as they are packed. 2-Day shipping boxes are given priority in shipping. Our 2024 ship dates are below

  • Winter beginning 1/8
  • Spring beginning 4/8
  • Summer beginning 7/8
  • Fall beginning 10/7
How long will it take to receive my box?

Goldie Boxed will email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post and shipping times may vary depending on the company used. US customers can upgrade to FedEx 2-day for just $5*. 

 

*FedEx 2-Day cannot ship to a P.O. box. Please check your address when you upgrade. 

Can I just buy 1-2 products?

Between boxes, we open the Goldie Shop with items from past boxes, one-time past box purchases, new products from our featured brands, or new products that we love but didn't make it to the curated box products.  

Do you have a referral program?

Goldie Boxed does not have a referral program yet, we are working on that capability.

When do we customize?

Customization starts on the first day of the season each season and lasts 5 days. You will receive an email with your customization link or you can login on GoldieBoxed.com during the customization period. You lock in your choices when you click submit, and your box will be packed right away. The sooner you customize the earlier your box will ship. The customization windows for the next year are below. 

  • Winter 22 : 12/21/22
  • Spring 23 : 3/20/23
  • Summer 23: 6/21/23 
Do you charge shipping? What about Hawaii and Alaska? Canada?

All subscriptions include free shipping in the US. Shop orders over $75 also ship free in the US. 

 

Hawaii/Alaska: For our first box (Winter 2020) we are including Hawaii and Alaska in our free US shipping. A small fee may apply in the future. 

 

Canada: Canada ships for a flat rate of $15. Goldie Boxed's shipping partner will bill standard duties to Goldie Boxed. However, Canadian customers may still incur other customs, duties or tax charges to accept their package. These fees are out of our control and may be out of the shipper's control as well. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees to receive their package. 

Is the Surprise Bear Box a completely random mix?

Surprise Bear Box subscription customers have an option to take a quick preference quiz during customization week each season. Preferences aren't always possible, so we can't make guarantees, but we will use the quiz when possible.

 

If you buy a surprise box one time box (non-subscription), these will contain a random mix of products.

How do I change my billing information?

Login to your account here: Account Page

Click on the Account Tab

Click on Edit in the Billing section

How do I cancel?

Login to your account here: Account Page

Click on the "Manage" button

Click on "Subscription Settings" in the bottom corner

Click on "Cancel My Subscription"

 

Cancel any time before your bill date. All sales are final sale after the bill date. 

Do you take returns?

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Subscription Boxes or Shop Orders. If you received a damaged item or missing item, please contact us for assistance: Contact Form

 

Is Goldie Boxed "Guy-Friendly"?

Each season there are at least 3 items that are considered "unisex". If you are a male that does not enjoy makeup or jewelry, we recommend getting the Bronze Bear Box or the Surprise Bear Box. (Ex: games, kitchen items, skincare, coffee, spices, crafts, etc). 

 

You can also purchase a men's mystery box in the Goldie Shop. It is called a Mr. Mystery box and will come with guy-friendly items. These change each season as well, but these boxes are not customizable.
